What is B12 Baseball?

B12 is a revolutionary baseball training program for high school baseball players.  The program includes four components:

  1. Strength and Conditioning: modeled after MLB teams off–season strength, conditioning and nutritional program.
  2. Mental Skills: Moderated each month by the Colorado Rockies Mental Skills Coach.
  3. Tracking: Proprietary web based program to track and analyze the athlete’s Mental, Physical, Baseball, and Academic progress.
  4. Reporting: Comprehensive reporting correlating the four areas of progress with an overall computed score.  This report is an excellent tool for college coaches to evaluate a student athlete’s overall potential – Baseball and Academic.

Opening Day

Opening Day for B12 Baseball was held on August 28 at Coors Field. The participants heard from Colorado Rockies players Jhoulys Chacin, Samuel Deduno, and Esmil Rogers on the importance of confidence, focus, and mental toughness required to play baseball at a high level.
